Manufacturing Process

First of all each and every onion bulb is checked for colour, maturity and quality then it is peeled after that it is mechanically drum washed with the continuous flow of fresh water to remove foreign bodies and upper skin layer. 

Then it is chopped in different sizes. After that chopped onion is spread on dryer belt. Where required temprature is maintained along with checking in order to retain all natural elements of onion. Then dehydrated onions are transferred to fully hygenic and fully air conditioned sorting and packing facility. where sizing of dehydrated onion take place. After then sorting is carried out by automatic colour sortex machine. Finally, it passes through metal detector for removal of ferrous and non-ferrous metal.Lastly, finished product is packed in high quality moisture proof poly bag.
